Yearly maintenance should be performed to insure your heating and air conditioning system is working efficiently.
This is especially true on systems older than five years of age.
The best thing you can do as a home owner is change the filter on your system every thirty days. If you have never done this before, I would be happy to show you how during your scheduled service call.
Sometimes it is better to replace an older system versus throwing money into it. You will know up front what your options are. I will do my best to help you make an informed choice.
Compare our prices against other bids; using TFM Service can usually save you 10% or more.
I have always strived to offer cost effective solutions and will continue this practice.
I started my business out of my home shop in 1989. I attended Kaw Area Vo-Tech and studied heating air and electrical under Lee Veronie. My family has a farm that I also work on Teaford Farm Market. We own and operate a greenhouse, and farm the surrounding hills.(that is where I got the TFM from) Over the years TFM Service has grown.
I have built a solid reputation with customers. I get discounts at local supply houses in the area which allows me to pass savings on to my customers.
In 1998 I began to devote more time to the family farm in order to help my dad Richard who is still working hard as a farmer. My mom Maryetta has lots of gardening projects that also require attention
My wife Rhonda & daughter Breanna are also involved in the farm. Most years we have lots of extra produce to sell. Tomatoes, sweet corn, and cantaloupe just to name a few.

This keeps me and my family extra busy during planting and harvest season.
NEWS ON THE AC & APPLIANCE FRONT
December 31st 2010 marks the last day that units containing R-22 will be sold. (R-22 has been the freon used in 99% of residential AC's) Puron seems to be the preferred replacement, but there are compatability issues with existing coils & line sets. In most cases both of those need to be changed for the new equipment.
Lately I have heard noise around the parts houses that there may be a loophole in the law. R-22 AC'S (maybe) will start to be sold containing nitrogen & can be charged on site to R-22
